Missing Beneficiaries

TPR generally starts by identifying – through our own researches – an asset that appears to be lost or forgotten, and then sets out to trace the missing beneficiary.

However, we are also able to offer a tracing service for law firms, executors and other trustees who may be having difficulty in locating a beneficiary for whom they hold a bequest, inheritance or other asset.

As with all of our core business activities, TPR provides this service on a contingency basis. If we are unable to locate the relevant individual, no fee is payable.

In addition, unless you specifically request otherwise, our fee will be payable by the beneficiary, so ensuring that the research costs do not have any adverse impact on the estate as a whole, or any entitlements that may be due to other beneficiaries.
