Establishing (and proving) the ownership of roadways and open spaces can present very special challenges.

Not all cases can be solved. TPR has, however, developed some very specialist research procedures which allow us to assess quite rapidly whether or not we can assist.

If you live on, or are adversely affected by, a stretch of roadway, path or track for which no apparent owner will take responsibility, you are welcome to email or give us a call.
