for Introduction
Often people are aware of property that they believe could have been abandoned or forgotten, but are not sure how to develop this information.
Surveyors, estate agents and other professionals may discover properties through their regular and routine work. Some people simply have local knowledge of spaces or buildings that appear to have no owner.
TPR has an established procedure to ensure that if you bring any information to us which eventually leads to a profitable conclusion, you share in that profit. The procedure is based on a clear legal agreement, setting out each party's rights and responsibilities.
Within a matter of days we can confirm whether or not there is potential for a full research project. If we don't believe we can utilise your information (or if we can't agree terms), you are free to take it elsewhere or use it in any other way you see fit. And by the terms of our agreement with you, we will not use or share or disclose in any way the information you brought to us.
If, on the other hand, we think there is potential, then we will set out a detailed proposal to you according the particular circumstances of the case - for you to accept or reject.
Once we have an agreement with you, TPR takes responsibility for all research, legal and other costs, and our team of lawyers, surveyors and valuers start working hard and skillfully to maximize and realise the value of your information.
